About: We started our development journey by managing this renovation, organising all the trades such as painters, plumber, tiler, electrician, carpenter, and landscaper. We have transformed 3 bed 1 bath into 3 bed 2 bath. We ensured that all trades were qualified, insured and experienced. The project completed on time and budget and the entire property was fully renovated, from interior to exterior including landscaping. This property is still in our portfolio generating positive cashflow. Accessing the profit generated ($40,000) via refinancing we have used the equity uplift to finance other projects.
